The resort offers a beautiful setting reminiscent of a quaint French village, perfect for family outings and relaxation. While the outdoor activities and fresh air were highlights, the accommodations and service left much to be desired. The rooms showed significant wear and tear, and pest issues were quite troubling. Overall, it has great potential, but they need serious upgrades to enhance the guest experience.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the French-themed design and the cozy ambiance were lovely, the service and room quality left much to be desired. My check-in was delayed, and the room I received had some serious cleanliness and maintenance issues. On the bright side, the staff, especially Mr. Mark, was genuinely caring and provided excellent customer service which helped to salvage my stay.
